Is my financial data safe and encrypted?
Yes. All data is protected using industry-standard cloud security practices: TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest via Google Firebase. Access to your data is governed by strict Firestore Security Rules that ensure only your authenticated account can read or write your records — enforced at the database level, not just the application layer.
Who can access my financial data?
Your data is isolated to your account via Firebase Authentication and enforced by server-side Security Rules. We do not sell, share, or rent your data to any third parties. AI insights are generated on-demand and never used to train models. Internal access by Squins team members is strictly prohibited by policy — the only exceptions are explicit technical support requested by you, or compliance with a lawful legal obligation. Any such access is logged and subject to internal review.
What happens when I delete my account?
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. The moment you confirm deletion, an automated server-side process immediately purges all your transactions, budgets, goals, and AI chat history from our servers. There are no hidden backups, no shadow profiles, and no recovery window. We honor your right to be forgotten — fully and completely.

Real merchant names, the correct total, and every line item — each one editable and individually categorized.
